Scarlett Nolen was promoted to President of Truly Nolen of America in March 2019. Nolen has worked for the company since 2012 in multiple roles. Most recently, Nolen was the district manager for the “Growth District,” a district of new service offices throughout Florida, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California. Prior to joining the company, Nolen graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Experimental Psychology and Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Nolen was the featured guest on Episode 17 of Donnie Shelton of Coalmarch and Dan Gordon of PCO Bookkeepers’ PMP Industry Insiders Podcast where she discussed “The Business Case for Diversity” as well as the inaugural guest of the “SearchKings Presents: Stories from the Field”, where she discussed the importance of empowering others within your organization to make decisions.

Nolen is proud of the company's overall philanthropy efforts across the country, including its "TRULY Spooktacular" delivery of plastic pumpkins and decorating kits to over 25 hospitals every October, the annual Mascot Games in Orlando benefiting New Hope for Kids, multiple Humane Society partnerships, multiple American Cancer Society partnerships, and general school events where team members educate children about good bugs and bad bugs, discuss a career in pest control and what that entails, and show off their mouse cars/trucks and pest control equipment to the students.
