How do I make reservations at the host hotel for the show?

The discounted group rate is no longer available, however there are rooms still available at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel.  Please call 1-888-879-0462 and ask for the best available rate.  Rooms can also be booked online here.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY

Check-in at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-888-879-0462 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 72-hour window, attendees will be charged a fee of one nights room and tax.

WHERE ARE THE PCT TOP 100 AWARDS CEREMONY AND EXECUTIVE SUMMIT EVENT FUNCTIONS TAKING PLACE?

The PCT Top 100 Awards Ceremony and Executive Summit will be taking place in the Symphony II Ballroom of the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. Registration will be stationed in the Symphony Ballroom Foyer.
