A block of rooms is available to event attendees at a special group rate of $299.00 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy. The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date, June 2, 2026, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner. Rooms cannot be guaranteed after this time.

Check-in at the Fairmont Chicago begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 12:00 PM. Any departures after 12:00 PM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-866-540-4408 or see yourhotel confirmation. Cancellations made prior to 72 hours will not be penalized. Individual attendees will be charged for one night’s room and tax if they cancel within 72 hours of arrival.

The PCT Top 100 Awards will be taking place at the Fairmont Chicago in the Millennium Room.
