Artificial Intelligence (AI) 201 in Pest Management
In recent years, some pest control companies have been exploring the use of ChatGPT, a free-to-use AI system for engaging conversations, gaining insights, automating tasks and more. The most common use in the pest control industry is content creation and for customer service chatbots, although some PCOs have explored other uses, including graphic design, data analysis and more. In this session, Todd Leyse, president and CEO of Adam’s Pest Control, will provide a brief history of artificial intelligence (AI 101) and explain how it’s currently being used by pest control companies, including in marketing and training. Leyse also will give his thoughts on where AI is heading in the future (AI 201) and how this might benefit PCOs.
