Chase Hazelwood is the third-generation owner of Go-Forth Pest Control, which was founded by his grandfather Frank Goforth in 1959. Chase grew up in the family business and entered it full-time after graduating from UNC-Charlotte with degrees in business management and marketing. Chase holds a NC Pest Control license and is an Accredited WDIR Inspector. He is an active member of the and National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and North Carolina Pest Management Association, where he has served as regional vice president. In 2019 he was recognized with the NPMA Young Entrepreneur Award. Chase lives in Greensboro with his wife Leah (Go-Forth’s CAO), and their four children.
